Here's an idea: Start with a 10" hand-tooled aluminum maquette with all its gestural qualities. Make a digital scan. Now it can be milled to as much as 10 feet high in any stone, or cast in any material. This figure was trimmed in cyberspace, preserving the beautiful torque, which disappears if you cut the aluminum. She will be milled in positive on one side, negative on the other, so she will have a blown-leaf quality.

This technique is perfect for outdoor sculpture or building ornamentation, and much cheaper than bronze. Price dependent on size, contact me for inquiries.
